FAQ
1. Can I change the payer method or method payment?
- Once you have confirmed payment online,then you can not chanbge credit card or method of payment. Please call to cancel that order, then re-order under a different payer. Please call customer support center.
2. What is the payment deadline after I order?
- We suggest that your payment be received within three days of ordering, including the day of your order. Your order record will close after three days and we may confirm order after that date. (Ex. Ordered on January 2nd-> Payment must be completed by the 4th (12 a.m)
3. Are there any limitations in subscribing to this site as a member?
- People over the age 18 may become a member. Registering more than once is prohibitive and will be subject to termination of both member ID. Center Leader should not allow for its individual member to join multiple times under difference ID's. Membership can be terminated at will bt Atomy America INC. for misconduct. Atomy America INC. follows all rules and regulations (adopted before 2009) in accordance and conjunction with Atomy Co Ltd. Applied retroactivity to all active member.
4. What is my key and guest key?
- When you become a member of Atomy, you will receive My Key and Guest Key.
Logging in with My Key allow access to all categories including Shopping Mall, My Office and Customer Support Center.
Logging in with Guest Key allows access to limited categories such as reviewing the Shopping Mall and writing on the Guest Board.
( Purchasing products and performed tracking will be restricted.)
Provide Guest Key to potential members and introduce them to Atomy website, without jeopardizing personal information.
5. Is there any admission fee requiered to become a member?
- There is NO Admission or Entrance Fee.
6. How can I change my personal information?
- To change your info:
Go to our website www.usaatomy.com> Log-in>My Office>Change my infoz> Change password/ phone no. / address, ecty> click Confirm.
7. How do I return/exchange a product?
- If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for an exchage or refund of the products price and applicable tax. All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased including the products packaging or if you discover the products defects.
- Purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges for returns. Your credit card will be refunded or a refund check will be issued based on the original form of payment, and after the item has be returned.

8. Free Shipping
- Free Shipping is available for orders over $350.
9. How can I withdraw my Atomy membership?
- You can withdraw from Atomy membership at any time.
There are no conditions for withdrawing for Atomy. ( if you are withdrawing via fax, please attach the required documents)

Offline withdraw: You need to send the documents ( Membership withdraw request & valid form of U.S. ID) via email, fax, email, or visit In case of request by fax or mail, termination of your membership will occur on the day of your document arrival at the Customer Support Center.
10. Can I change mailing address of contact No. after I ordered?
- Changing shipping details is only available via direct contact with Atomy Customer Support Center ( 253-946-2344). UPS will charge a fee of $11.00 per box for incomplete or change of address.
